worked for 9 years for this company , making sure all employees are paid the correct amount according to their hours . load air time for supervisors , capturing information.

Pros: great oppotunity for promotion

Excelent communications skills

loading airtime for employees on Mondays , and making sure all supervisors have their stationery . placing orders and sending of documents via courier companies , capture all data that needs to be captured and filling. working relationship with co workers is good as everyone does their own work in their office one thing I have learnt is that , when you delegate someone to do something, let them do it before you ask someone else to do it ...challenging aspects of the job would be not being able to see some of the information employees write

Pros: learning how to deal with customers as this is a small company ,
Cons: alwys late on many things of the company , needs to always check emails always
