Good learning opportunity
We work for 9 hours and sometimes scheduled to work over time. There's a lot of pressure so that has helped me a lot in managing my time to get the work done. My co-workers and I are like a mini family, we respect each others position and work nicely as a team. I have learned a lot from my previous manager, I have learned that to reach sucess one has to work their way from the bottom to top. I also learned to be versatile, work in every department of the company to accumulate as much experience as I can. The thing I enjoyed the most was having to present during the audit and communicating with auditors from UK and South Africa. I loved the challenge, how formal it can be, how one can learn so many things from the auditors and improve their way of doing things at work.
Pros: Good learning opportunity
Cons: Long working hours and being underpaid.

Hard worket
Am doing on line Quality checks, GLASS breakege Audit, GMP Audits, Allergens Audit, Fabrication Audit, Conducting KPI, Customers complaint investigation and reports, Product Process Controll, Internal Audit, proving training to production personel, document contrloring and Traciability challenge. Thats my job in general and hoping to share my experience with you soon. What i like more about my job is that our senior managers give us opotunity to learn more things to gain more experience and to grow academically they even encourages us to further our studies and study what is relevent to our career. The most challenge that we overcome is when External Auditing come to our side especially BRC Audit, we work very harder to prepare and even harder on the day of presentation as we gather all documentation needed at the same time we ensure that house keeping is on good oder.

Exelent learning curve
Its a good company with good experience n has high level of industrial machines that i worked on,it supplies other companies with meat,componies such as Woolworths,pick n pay and other in the same industry.the company starts working from from 7am till 5pm,we have good comunication with the operators n other staff members in my team,I have learned to work as a team and to help one another to get the production done.worked on different machines and have gained a lot of expirience

Company is big with lots op oppertunities
A typical work day, very busy and focus on production, keep clients happy My relationship with co - workers is excellent, good communication skills and enjoy working with people I learnt lot of responsibilities, working hard and under lot of pressure I enjoy to work with people, proud of my work, to reach my targets, Most challenging aspects of the job, is to reach you target even more than you're target, work hard without any problems, solve any problems as soon as possible, enjoy working as a team and to have a positive attitude.

I really enjoy being a creditors clerk it keeps you on your toes
This company only lets your benefit if you are permanently employed Friendly people to work with. Accommodating sick leave if required. Understanding Management if you have a problem they will listen to your problems and try and find a s Staff training on food safety procedures Final product specs update Food safety procedures review Pest control management Management/ supervision of the QC monitor solution.

Fast leaner
I'm a hard working person,energetic,willing to work under pressure, I open my heart so that I can learn more from the others and I love working with people. I have 5 years experience in quality administration. I have a diploma in public management I have computer knowledge MS Word,excel,peower point and outlook. I have 1 year experience in sales representative.

My work experience
I worked as HR Assistant for a year it was temporary , goes to Receiving clerk for a year again working for someone who was sick , and I go back to work as Production Assistant . I like working with people and I learn to respect one another irrespective of the colour , I'm also solving problems between the employees and the most challenging aspects is to work in different departments , learning other jobs and Aldo to learn about the quality of the product

Very well
Was doing learnership in food and beverages NQF level 3. I am willing to learn and to also relocate. I am 24years of age. Single with no kids. I learnt a lot during my course from receiving of stock to dispatch department. I am still interested on food and beverages n to learn even more
