Great opportunity to learn a new industry and product.

A typical work day would be to have planning meetings to plan resource availability and project task management. I have an excellent relationship with co-workers due to the small team we have. I have learnt and gained knowledge applicable to Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions and implementations which can be used anywhere in the world. I enjoy that i have deadlines to meet at my own accord and do not having anyone hovering over me all the time allowing me to actually meet those deadlines every-time. I would say that the most challenging aspects would be working with people who have been in the industry for over 20 years and trying to manage/delegate tasks to them as i am new to the industry and they make that known.

Great Leadership Skills

My daily duties are usually a combination of multi tasking and managing the office. My tasks includes making sure office is running smoothly reception, helpdesk, quotations and following through with all orders, assisting with meetings and arranging staff functions. My relations with my co-workers are excellent, I am very well considered to be a peoples person and communicate regular with clients ensuring all operations are running smoothly. I have gain much knowledge about the IT Software platform . This has led me to follow a passion for studying Information Technology My greatest challenge would be extracting information from staff in order to communicate properly with clients.
