A busy day

A busy day contains working with four reps, processing orders, dealing with customer queries, processing credit notes and taking orders over the phone. I get along with most co-worker. I have learnt a lot over the past years, working with different systems, different products and different people. I enjoy processing orders, seeing how sales grow everyday. The most challenging aspect of my job is keeping up the sales with credits affecting.

Pros: This is a great opportunity to increase sales and earn a good salary
Cons: Hard work, need endure a lot of pressure and ofcourse the affect credits have on sales

Attention to Detail

Address Claims for all retail accounts Work on recons Liaise with clients to resolve queries Work on the Vendor Portal Assist my colleagues to meet targets - help encourage them i have learnt attention to detail - if you right the 1st time you dont have to waste time with the same task again. Resolving queries and always maintaining my book always brings me joy Claims have been the most challenging as many claims from 2018 were outstanding - worked with my colleagues to finally bring this down to a minimum.

Im currently unemployed

Seeking a challenge which would put me in a leading position, hardworking, diligent and consistent standards. Im honest reliable and passionate when it comes to a leading role to motivate others.

Excellent learning curve

I have learned alot through qd cellular but wished it had growth where a person can be given other positions in the company.so they only place you in one position for years till you decide as an individual to look for a better opportunity job.and again I feel that we dont get enough days to rest like atleast once a month we would be given a weekend off to go to church or spent with family we don't have social life.

DUTIES AT WORK AND ENJOYMENTS

Responsible for my own work - No one check over my shoulder all day, although I have deadlines I always reach my deadlines. Mornings print bank statements, do cash flow & foreign payments. Prepare local payments 2x per week Do monthly journals, balance sheet recons, reports, costings, VAT, PAYE,SDL,UIF, Management packs, Assist auditors Get a long with co-workers and always willing to assist others I have learnt a lot with excel by doing reports. I enjoy reconciliations and doing reports the most and reconciliations are also my strong point. The most challenging aspect of my job is to wait for my co-workers to finish their jobs before I can start my reports, etc. and still meet my deadlines

Pros: Family Friendly -accomodate drs, crisis
Cons: No opportunity for promotion - No courses
