Excellent growth and development

Management of all SA and neighboring countries this position has daily challenges to ensure all our customers needs are met to ensure that their production is not affected with a minimum of downtime. Teamwork and dedication is key which ensured that the business could grow at an average of 18% year on year. Development and growth of the staff is oaramount which ensures the success of the business to date.

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day of controlling stock , stocking coming in and going out. My relationship with co-workers are very good but some people don't want me to go forward because of jealousy and because my performance at everything I do outweighs them. I've learnt that hard work pays off somehow and that I'm there to work not there for anyone else. What I enjoy most is my duties as a stock controller because I'm good at what I do. The most challenging aspects is that I need to remember everything I do , which I'm also very good at . My supervisor could ask me about stock that was sent out weeks ago and I could tell her the exact day, date and time.

Pros: Work days are from mon-fri And shifts are good
Cons: Promotions rarely given.

Good development opportunities and career advancement

Family owned business with personal drive from top down. Extreme pressures with tight deadlines. Colleagues and management are open to ideas to grow the business.
