Its pressurised and very hectic but we r shown appreciation and treated with respect.staffing queries interrupt the days work so very often cos I have an open door policy and I want staff to b happy and treated fairly so do my best to sort most issues out.

Pros: Comfortable and good staff to work with
Cons: No room for growth and salary not good

A good company with lots of family values

I work 5 days a week and I am very organised so I have set days in which I focus at certain aspects of my job function. At my present company we all work well together as we all have key functions that might sometimes overlap with the next staff member.But we help each other if the pressure is high in a certain field.We are working together for a long period so we have become very good colleague.i enjoy working and meeting deadline and the bosses set the deadlines without being in our way 24 seven so we achieve our targets and are treated with respect.

Pros: being retrenched
Cons: a family and well organised company
