Multi tasking is common skills. Long working hours in a day. Most challenging aspects is to complete the job in time while resources are not provided to you.

Pros: Chances of promotion are minimal because they don't want to pay high salaries.
Cons: Sometimes we work into the night without any extra payment due to you.

Manage all Pwise Projects construction EHS related issues and safety files ● Coordinate and implement all Safety, Health and Environmental procedures ● Coordinate and implement all applicable legislative requirements ● Perform, Review or Approve Risk Assessments (Including subcontractors) supervisors ● Ensure that all contractors adhere to the health and safety requirement of the contract ● Conduct site inspections and audits

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours
