Puma Reviews

Excellent Learning Curve

Puma at Retail level is not a that of great department to work, as the hours are long, though the staff is positive and have an excellent working relationship. I have learnt to enjoy work no matter what it takes, as i have learnt to enjoy interacting with people of all races, beliefs and cultures.

Pros: Not so Great opportunities for growth
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning experience

good company to work for when it comes to benefits, Medical aid and Pension. A good company culture, if you fit into their "long service club". A lot of the employees are working there for more than 10 years and it's difficult to enter those circles - so it feels a little one sided. Overall a great company to work for.

Pros: Good company to work for, good benefits
Cons: Imbalance in workload throughout the departments

Learn a lot about the retail business

It's very busy company and its growing with a huge clientele and great staff. However the Regional manager is biased and not very open to personal growth of staff.

Pros: Company is forever faster and growing
Cons: Not much growth in the company as you are told to think inside the box
