Excellent logic skills and find solution in every problem

I do have a lot of patience working with clients and staff. If a problem develops, I listen to both parties and find a neutral solution. Happy staff, happy client. Happy clients, more business. I understand the fact that clients are always right, but to a reasonable level. I feel that the staff are the key to the growth of the company. Client that visit your premises, already knows what they want. It is the staff and management’s job to make sure that the customers gets all the right service that they need. Client satisfaction must be a priority, as the client’s money, pays for our benefits. I cannot tolerate lies and stealing. Actions will be taken if so. My staff understand that communication is important and it keeps the wheels rolling. I need to know at all times what is going on the premises to prevent errors.

Pros: I love the job and the tipe of business in fuel retailing. The tipe of clients and the learing prosess everyday of the fuel industries
Cons: Long weekend hours. i am the only one that can do what I do in the company. leave days means noting to me as i have to stay connected everyday to the company, doesn't matter where i go on holidays.
