Working in excellence

Since i joint the company we had restructuring that came with uncertainties which i learned that change is good and can bring great transformation. My team is made up of great team players with different contributors by their skills and capabilities. I enjoy adding value to my customers, internal stakeholders and most of all selling at every challenging stages. The most challenging aspect is the fact that there are many competitors playing at our space but the fact that I know how competitive we are gives me the upper hand.

Regressive culture

There is very little structure in the organisation so everything is urgent and rushed. The most challenging part of the job is the red-tape. The low morale of the employees causes people to be less interactive.

I send statements to customers and collect payments,reconcile customer accounts .it very important to keep a good relationship with customers as it’s all you deal with on a daily basis
