It has been a learning experience, but it's time to move on now.

It has been a learning experience, but it's time to move on now. I have learnt so much during my time at Pulsit. I especially enjoy working with people and tending to client's needs. However, I work shifts and in all honesty I don't enjoy it anymore. The most challengin part of this job is management. Directors and managers have shifted so much lately, and now it feels like everyone is trying to take control of the company/call centre, causing very unhappy employees and a lot of friction and conflict.

Excellent learning ability

Working at pulsit is an everyday challenge things change on a daily basis. My colleagues all have different personalities and are difficult to understand at times. We all get a long when work needs to be done and it gets done with ease. The thing I love the most is that pulsit is a family, A family you can depend on.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
