I am i excellent learning curve
Working at a big department it a challenge especial when you are dealing with external client and also project manegers, but what import is to have an excellet commuication so that you can finish your job on time. I have a good relationship with all staff in the department am freindly person i am a people's person I learn lot of things soo far how to verify Strategery,tender,quantation,lease of a property to avoid unwanted expenditure in the department What the most part i enjoy its a prevent irregulare expenditure by finding the era tha make a recommendation

Am i good learig curve
To work at public works it a great opportunity for me its a big department . A day am verifying 30payments, quatation, strategy and tenders I have a good relationship with my co-works I have lear lot of thigs here how to work with different poeple, how to control your self at work and i grow has an accountant I enjoy to learn knew thigs each and every day and its very challenging to work in a big department especial when you return what they did wrong

I am a fast leaner; easely to adapt in a changillenging environment
I am a team player i also work well as individual in my team; i have a knowledge if logistical information system; MAM knowledge; PFMA; I enjoy to work in a challenging environment in order to equip my experience; it is when i m doing stock take whereby i find items in a report being upside down
Pros: when the time tells to do so i also willing to get promotion

Handling suppliers with care. Co-operation is the only way to keep the relationship between colleagues. i have learnt how to treat people, how to deal with challenges that you facing at work, how to handle the conflict between employees. Meeting new challenges. When there is a conflict how to resolve it. Working as a team.

Good team working spirit Take orders Learn new things easily Can work under pressure Like working orderly so Building maintenance skills acquainted Team work strengthen Pantuality,working under no supervision though hectic days will always be there. Work is correctly done and all emergencies are attended daily. Challenges are always there,but its employees duty to solve and pass it.

Good environment. Bieng exposed in different components within HR
It's a good work environment with a huge number of staff where I have learned to work as team. The relationship with my colleagues was good because the attitude that we have is deliver the best service to people on time and to meet deadlines. I have learnt that I'm everything you do you must excel and love what you are doing in order to have positive results. The most challenging aspects is when you have to explain this to our elementary staff because you must ensure that they understand every HR processes.
Pros: Limited opportunities to grow becuase of the number of staff
Cons: Hours were normal unless you have something urgently you need to cover
