My current role involves maintaining relationships with stakeholders, developing and implementing Client Relations Strategy which are aligned to the Corporate Strategy, developing and implementing Policies required to deliver exceptional Client Relations Services. Dynamic and Vibrant work culture, working with educated and skillful professionals who are passionate about their craft. My colleagues have been among the finest people I have ever known. I am grateful for the invaluable expertise I acquired while under the PIC. The relations that i have developed have helped me to be successful and productive. I love the strategic aspects of my work especially fulfilling clients mandates. The most challenging aspect included the bureaucracy and red tape.

Excellent experience
The company provides a great learning experience.The employees are focuses on their jobs.It providea a good spring board to other challenging roles.The issue is that there's too much politics involved in the day to day running of the company.Work cannot be done without any interference from th C suit.

Great company, stimulates career and educational growth.
Typical day involves putting together a new strategy for a client or stakeholder, executing the strategy, analyzing and improving on it. Preparing client reports, dealing with client queries, planning and offering client training workshops, taking clients to site visits, event planning, product development, customer retention, public relations, etc. My job is more about co-ordination and control, keeping all key stakeholders abreast of clients’ needs and adhering to service level agreements. My engagements with my co-workers at the executive and junior level is more on a proactive approach, driving the need for the company to be more client-centric. An outgoing personally with a no nonsense attitude towards work , strong work ethic. I have learned that people have different skills and we all work best when we work together for a common goal. Mostly I enjoy seeing a plan come into fruition. Time constraints, economic and other aspects outside my scope of control.
Pros: Great opportunity to grow academically and in your career. One can develop to become a great leader and entrepreneur.

I am a professional, keen and a self-motivated gentleman who graduated from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and holds a B-Tech Degree in Public Management and Development obtained from the University of South Africa (UNISA). I also hold an Advance Certificate in Company Law obtained from the University Witwatersrand (Wits), including short courses, amongst others, Advanced & Effective Minutes Taking; Records Management; Time Management; Finance for Non-Finance Managers; and Microsoft Office etc. Currently enrolled for a Professional Post-Graduate Qualification: Company Secretarial and Governance Practice: International Qualifying Board Examination with Chartered Secretaries South Africa (CSSA) (Board Exams level with only two modules remaining.

Excellent learning organization
Very happy all was well. Great working environment and team. Very structured and matured individuals. The only thing that is going to be a good is if they could absorb all their graduates into permanent positions.

I’m a graduate in the properties department at Public Investment Corporation, during my programme in the properties team, I have been exposed to the following: : Assist in procurement process related to development. : Assist with developments payment process : Assist asset managers in demonstrating investment and portfolio strategy : Assist with the development legal contracts : Assist in identifying property risk management : Assist with property management processes : Analysing valuations on properties : Assist with the Financial model and the desktop valuation : Assist with the FICA of companies
