Challenging and motivating experience

I have a great relationship with all my co-workers best people i have ever worked with, amazing environment. I have learnt so much here especially how to deal more with clients, learnt more how to deal with clients and providing a service to them that they can appreciate.Most enjoy the people and environment and working with great clients that are not difficult,most challenging part of my job is the long hours we work that as a husband and recent father it is hard to manage as my family comes first. Working long hours and not being rewarded is not very motivating for an employee and giving all the hard work and time i give to this company i feel that i deserve more considering i am a qualified employee.I feel i have more to offer and if i don't take opportunities i think i deserve now i will end up regretting it for rest of my life.

Pros: Stabile company,well know in the industry,great environment
Cons: Long working hours, no overtime pay, under paid compared to market, no growth

Learning curve

It is a great place to learn but once you have learned, you need to move because there is no growth at the company. The colour of your skin plays a big role in everything. Most of black people are not happy at the company

Great learning opportunities on new technologies

Can deliver best results working both individually and as team member. Enjoy dealing more with 3PAR, HPE Synergy and Azure related tickets lately. Most challenges I`m experiencing are when working on policies and procedures since the model of PSG business is very unique and need more thinking when working out such solutions.

Great technology opportunities

Supporting data center related issues to ensure trading uptime. Work well both individually and team player. Enjoys leading and managing new IT projects. And the challenges I`m usually encounter are more on budget related work load whereby you`ll have to shift your focus on some daily tasks and just prepare business cases for your budgeted items.

Good learning experience

There's is less interactions amongst colleagues, it is more of email interactions than human interaction. great access to management, always available to assist irrespective of departments. They have an open door policy.

Pros: Good exposure to risk management
Cons: Long working hours, resulting is less time for personal well-being

Fast paced and dynamic

Extremely fast paced environment, requiring you to address multiple focus areas in one day. Highly regulated with a strong focus on compliance and formalised skills development. Need to be highly resilient and adaptable to operate effectively. Good vibe and lovely people to work with.

Pros: Good learning curve in terms of flexibility and thinking fast on your feet
Cons: Extremely long working hours | very little work/life balance

Hands on approach

The last couple of years I have had numerous challenges, especially in sourcing new clients, building client relationships and forming professional relationships within the financial markets industry in order to excel and build on a sustainable business model for the long term. I have succeeded in luring corporate and individual clients and continue to do so. I believe my hands on approach, academic background and professional skills that I’ve learned within the financial markets will be quickly translated into an asset.
