Learning curve

Racism is still very much active. Personal issues by Management become the norm to target staff members and supported by Seniors. Employees are expected to take responsibility but not initiative. Employees with strong personalities are considered a threat to management therefore being targeted. Employees are expected to do what's right but as per Management right - not necessarily legal, company or corporate right.

Pros: bonus, overtime
Cons: Racism is very much active.
