Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning experience being new to the industry. You are thrown in the deep end but have a lot of support to fall back on. Co-workers are great and you can always rely on them for advice or just to have a chat. A typical work day involves plant monitoring as well as troubleshooting any issues that may have arisen, you are also always looking for process or cost saving initiatives.

Pros: Excellent learning experience
Cons: No room for growth due to flat structure.

Great exposure in terms od working experience

ProProxa has taught me so much, how to worked un supervise, great trouble shooting skills. And also exore to the Reverse Osmosis . Keep accountability of your work.

Great learning experience

The company is good for entry level employees, you get lots of training in terms of reverse osmosis membranes and ultra filtration, but I feel like career development is at a very slow pace. The systems at Proxa are world class, the SCADA is the best I have ever come across, it is very technological, the plant itself is very automated, not much manual labour except for housekeeping and occasionally having to open or close valves before starting pumps.

Cons: Not much room for growth or promotions

This requires neutralization of the acidic mine water and the precipitation and removal of heavy metals. Project Value: R 1 Billion Project completion date: Commissioning started the 1 June 2016 and was finished the 15 September 2016.
