Exellent

I am working very well with prowalco. I have learnt a lot from the company as they give me opportunity towork with other department as well to learn more about their company. So far i enjoy working with prowalco unfortunatly am an intern and they dont promise any permanent job. This is what i can tell about prowalco.

Excellent learning curve

very good company especially client services I've learned a lot it's very far from my work place but I need to work and that is my encouragements to be here everyday. I enjoy the work a lot even thou at times I feel unappreciated

Good learning curve

Working for Prowalco has taught me so many things in regards to the Oil industry, different oil companies and its background, for instance Bp has a wing called Masana and it focuses on all commercial sites(private use), and e-fuel which is a product for all the government vehicles and its only found in Caltex, Total and Engen. Our call centre consists of 6 people and we work so great together and we are aware of each others responsibilities and we able to assist when on is not around. My team is the best.

ROUTINE WORK

ROUTINE WORK:Calls get scheduled for the day and dispatch to technicians. You must plan your day to meet deadlines and ensure that SLA are met .Do daily vehicle stock take to ensure you have the correct spares on hand for different jobs . Perform duties mainly by yourself but working and helping colleagues are essential to achieve branch objectives.Every day you are faced with different challenges.The most challenging of the job , but the most exciting is the fault finding before repairs can take place

Cons: No normal working hours day is done when problem is rectified

Excellent Learning curve

The Role of a Regional Maintenance Coordinator-Administrator is primarily focused on allocating calls for maintenance breakdowns logged by Caltex Garage Site Retail Owners. Requesting quotes from contractors and safety documents for high-risk jobs. RMCA resolves invoice queries, update efficiency reports and follows up on outstanding invoices.
