- Good healthy working environment. - helpful colleagues. - a typical day would be busy, quality control checking HR Documents and pre-auditing employee files. - free flow environment, direct management is provided if needed. - Good relationship with co-workers, good understanding. - I've Learnt a lot, gained good experience from an HR and administrative perspective over the past two years. - I enjoy doing presentations and contributing to projects the most as well as other adhoc duties. - The most challenging part was to maintain a clean audit of the Western Cape Government.
