Good learning curve

A typical day to me was when a client started a shouting at my employees but i managed to keep him calm. i managed to avoid all the noise he was making. im able to settle a complaint and help out anywhere in the workplace. i love working with different races and religons or even people. my life in the workplace is not up to standard beacause i dont have enough work experience. im willing to learn as much as i can.working at the office on my pc is my stregnth. the most challenging aspects of the job is i didnt get enough training on the current job hence im still struggling

It gave me a good working experience

a typical work day for me was when co-workers would ask for help while i have work to sumitted but instead of complaining i would help them then deal with my work load even if it means i should knock off late. I have a good relationships with my co-workers because i worked with people all the tym, and i enjoy doing that.I have learnt to deal with dead lines and be punctual at all times. i enjoy working with different people around the country.the challenges i have faced in the company was when i started i had no one to train me so i had to help myself with the workload beacause the person i was helping was on leave.

Pros: great opportunity to get enough experience
Cons: working on weekends i beleive weekends a ment for family time
