Hard worker

I'm an all rounder chef but I love pastry! At work my sous chef said he is the master of all vegetarian dishes, I was so inspired & one day, I would like to call myself the master of all desert dishes. I've learnt how to lead people, working with different characters! I enjoy ala carte. Guests are very difficult not please, they complain about everything!

Pros: I always push myself, I would like to be one of the bests
Cons: I dont mind working extra hours as long as I'm going to learn something new

Excellent experience, great support from the staff and company

A day at Protea Hotel always started with greetings from all the staff, always friendly and cheerful. I would go through my emails to see what instruction head office has sent me, and carry them out efficiently. If it was beginning of the month I would start on the payroll process, in-between organising staff events such as discussions on finance, depression and etc. I would also organise meetings, take minutes and update the general manager on any updates.

In for a challenge

I can manage the Entire front office department. I am self motivated,eager,a leader and a hard worker. Can work under pressure. Focuses on attention to detail.
