Really interesting work.

Super organized company that does really interesting work. I was allowed to get involved in projects straight away which enabled me to understand how the projects come together and how all the different departments work together. A typical day for me starts early and is very very busy until quite late. I get on really well with all my co-workers and enjoy having lunch with them. I enjoy all the different aspects of my job which are not only financial but operational too. The most challenging part for me is attending too many meetings.

Pros: Really close to home
Cons: Very long working hours

Tough

At Proprocess You will need three key quality to succeed extremely thick skin you never get thanked for long hours nor any verbal praise what ever you do no mater how much you try go beyond your duty you may get a warning, as"that is not your job" second You will have to work under the most Pressure I have ever done so . What i would normally Take a week to do , check and be proud of I would have had 3 days to do. and lastly such attention to detail you would need to be super human If you missed one dimension That was the end of the world.

Pros: socal Clubs & team events can be fun
Cons: Presured invroment with long hours And sometimes toxic atmosphere
