Excellent learning curve

Different challenges in a day requiring a sharp and quick mind that pays attention to detail. The environment keeps you on your toes to reach new targets which is enjoyable though self-motivation is a requirement for one to learn as much as they can in the shortest period of time. Strong relationships with co-workers are necessary for the leadership position as it makes one be able to learn some hidden ideas in the organisation, enhance them and make the operations even easier.

Pros: Great learning ground for leadership training
Cons: low salaries and long working hours

Excellent learning curve

my day at work starts at 7am during weekdays. I work with highly trained workmates who works hard and follow instructions. My job is to design formulas for plastic pipes,quality assurance etc.The most challenging aspect at proplastics is shortage of labour and long working hours without bonuses.I'm eager to learn more about polymer manufacturing and engineering at an other companies.

Pros: great exposure to polymer products
Cons: long working hours and poor salaries
