Enjoy challenges

Enjoy to work in a company with different race and backgrounds.One can act on more than two different positions at one department.Safety is first.Precation are taken.Company also saves enviroment by recyling plastic containers from soft drinks.They are crushed into peaces to be flakes.The intresting story is flakes are washed using tubi wash and caustic to be clean ,dried,changed to pallets if possible and to fibre.More than twenty four/24 tones of flakes are cleanned after twenty four hours.Wash plant machine is used to clean and dry flakes.Excluder machine is used to convect flakes to pallets.Different colours of flakes have different code numbers.I enjoy being there to be educated with the whole factory.

Excellent company

A very good company to work for,had lots of productive years that was mutually beneficial for both company and employee. Room for growth if your motivated.

Learning curve

Hi, typical work day would be to process all documents/paperwork to dispatch locally and internationally. For example quotes,order confirmations,indents,packing list. Commercial invoice and SADC certificates for exporting abroad. I am approachable yet decisive in making decisions depending on the situation at hand and work well with co-workers. I have learnt alot regarding exporting and curently busy with import/export diploma. I also learnt alot more with tightening work flow and the production thereof.I enjoy achieving all goals set daily/monthly and over and above. What use to be challenging is no more as i learnt to deal with co-workers working15-20years at the work place gaining respsect for me even though im 20years younger and motivating them to try more productive avenues.
