8.check on property listed the previous week ,calling for updates from buyers that i have taken out to view houses on the weekend for a sale 9 Mornings Meetings. 10.make up a spreadsheet of all properties that has been on the property system that has not sold. 11making calls targeting the homeowners whose houses has not been sold to find out whether they were happy with services they received from external agencies they give their properties to.evaluating the kind of services they got and making a proposal of my interest to owner on his property. 13;00 making appointment for viewing for the day. i have learned to manage my time and work as i work with clients and to follow up on them from time to time as part of me giving good service to them.be first to arrive at the property before they client. challenging speaking and Dealing with different kinds of individuals Basis. one thing i love meeting new people every time with different needs.

Improvement of skills

A typical work day would be extremely busy, working with 40+ agents and having my duties to fulfill was very busy, but rewarding. I had a great relationship with 90% of my co-workers. I learnt a lot more about time management and organization skills. I enjoyed the diversity of my co-workers and everyday being different.

Pros: The pros of working at Property.CoZa was the relationships developed. Fast paced environment. Develop on my Management skills.
Cons: Clashing of personalities in the office and having to sometimes play referee.

Property industry

The agents each have their own personality which is beneficial. I enjoy being able to work with people whom have the same desire, to work hard, all while still enjoying life. The most challenging aspect is that I work and live with my directors, which has proven to cause issues. As grateful as I am to have been given the job opportunity based on no experience, I would rather leave my job in order to preserve the personal relationship.

Pros: Great opportunities to gain more self confidence and meet new people
Cons: Taken advantage of due to the personal connection

Sublime opportunity

This position enables me to work closely with people and establish good relationships with clients and colleagues. A working day comprises of cold calling, taking clients on viewing appointments and negotiating deals. I have learnt skills that enable me to secure deals , find out what appeals to my clients and give customer satisfaction to my sellers. I have enjoyed forming new bonds with all my clients and it's also what I enjoy the most! The most challenging aspect of my job would be trying to negotiate on both parties' end trying to get the best out of the deal for both. Yet, each deal is unique and helps me to navigate through them quite efficiently, picking up things I've learned from previous deals.

Pros: Flexibility with time
Cons: No salary, waiting for long periods to get paid out

Patience Test

Good afternoon I only started at the company from the 3rd of October 2016 and only here for a month. I'm currently travelling between the Umhlanga, Ballito and Berea office. The company is still new and business still at a slow start. I need to be productive and busy during working hours and currently I'm just sitting around and feeling frustrated. I need to be in a busy working enviroment where I can learn & be productive. Therefore my fear is that the company will not renew my contract after the 3 months probation period.
