Opportunities for growth are there.

Great l,healthy and friendly atmosphere,supportive,God fearing ,professional and kind management and colleagues .I learned lots of important skills ,to be a team player,target driven,people skills ,good telephone atiqutte,great debt collector and good communicator with clients.

Pros: Every body is acknowledged and opportunities are equal and healthy environment. You must focus ,be polite all times,be professional and put God first in anything you do.I like the friendliness, warmth,kindness, support and love between colleagues which management all couraging big family umbrella. Challenge was to deal with clients who does not co-operating but still need to be polite ,friendly and knowing that clients comes first and I must remain friendly ,professional and give the best service in most difficult situations.I learned that company ,my own values can go a long way.I enjoy working with my wonderful second family away from my own family, challenging clients,great relationship with our clients and to work under great Boss.
Cons: No financial stability or dependence.

Facilitate relationship between Employer Companies and Propay on behalf of our clients. Responsible for the collection of membership reconciliations. 5.3. The identification and tracking of institutional payments. 5.4. The reconciliation of payments to Membership Lists and balancing of member ledgers. Update of Individual Members records and reporting on all variances. 5.5. The update of Company Database 5.6. Recording of specific contact / dispute discussions with Employer Companies alot of older people working here who have been here for a while, family owned company

Vast amount of experience

Working at propay afforded me the chance to be in a management role where i have countless oppotunities to grow and learn. Susequently i was selected to take on the lead role in the companies comms deparment where i achieved great hights and status.
