The biggest challenge about my job is double-checking employees’ overtime as I have on average about 400 employees to monitor. Check check and check again. You have to pay great attention to detail before distributing pay-slips Most people do not know that we deal with people on a daily basis and we are expected to have solutions to any of their queries.

Growth opportunity

Good day My experience is very Generalized in that I have HR and payroll experience for over 14 years. My main role being payroll. I have worked on the Sage payroll system for over 14 years with vast knowledge in BCEA. I have grown over the years and have a BA degree where my majors were Industrial psychology and Human resource management. I am hoping to begin my honors degree next year and eventually complete my masters. I am a bubbly person and can work under pressure. My current position has no growth opportunity and looking for growth.

Cons: Culture is not healthy
