Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working where i work . I have a head for administration and work very well under pressure. In the morning i check my emails to see if there are any reports that are required from me . Next i would go on to redcap and capture the previous days patient files , this would normally take until lunch time . Since there are three of us i would then have to create a report to check quality assurance and validate the captured data . On a monthly bases i do the monthly reports for city of Johannesburg and every quarter i do the quarterly reports for our sponsors as we are a NGO . I work well with my co-workers even assist them where its needed . I have learnt a lot about different data systems and capturing methods and office admin. I just enjoy admin. The biggest challenge is not getting an increase for 2 years . Nothing else is challenging as you do the same routine every day . There is no space for growth .

Right location

When i came in , i would capture patient files and start to do quality control on the files and Redcap system . Monthly I do monthly stats for COJ and every quarter i would do quarterly stats for the NGO sponsors . We are donor funded and i help to make sure that the data we collect is of standard.

Pros: learning
Cons: double the work load for less then minimum pay
