Great place to start and grow

Working for Progression has been a rewarding experience. We work primarily with people with disabilities helping to find work-placements s sourcing and managing client. The job is challenging because we are changing stereotypes, managing discrimination and changing cultures to be more diverse but after a successful project it is the most rewarding feeling.

Pros: Opportunity for personal growth and rewarding
Cons: Environment is not predictable because of the human element

Excellent learning curve

- Excellent learning curve. - The team is very good to work with, as I enjoy problem solving. There is always something new to takkle. We have a very good working relationship with my fellow colleagues, we are able to talk beyond the 4 walls of Progression. We practice a good culture of making the best of every opportunity with my team, as I currently mentor 8 of our finance department learners who are on learnerships. The most challenging thing at this point I'd have to say is completing deadlines as desired because we are currently understaffed.

Pros: Great opportunity for skills development
Cons: It's too far
