Very good learning experience i really gained alot

the company on it's own has a family policy, that we treat each other as family from the lowest rank to the directors. there is a great deal of respect for each and every employee working at profile brick and tile. we assist each other when one needs help. the one thing i have learnt the most while working here is how to deal with people as we work with people on a day to day basis, how to understand how different people operate and how to handle the different situations.

I got lot of enjoyment and learn different tricks on how to close the deals

i ve been working at Cashbuild as an assistant manager and also at Buffalo timber hardware.i also worked as an external sales rep for Laman mining selling agreggates.I also worked as an external sales rep covering Boarder, Transkei and South of Kzn selling face bricks to retail and building contractors.

Pros: working towards the promotion status
Cons: long working hours and weekends
