Excellent development program.

I live in a neighborhood surrounded by a growing number of squatter camps, where petty crime has been rising. Most of these families due to lack of qualifications are unemployed and desperate to feed their families at whatever cost. Instead of complaining about crime without actually helping the situation, my friend and I jointly started a joint cc with the aim to empower the community, one family at a time. All our employees are all from these communities, and we have grown from 15 workers to 30. The company offers tree felling services and site clearing. I dealt with dispatching the teams, insurance matters and compliance matters, client relations as well as the financials . I took time off from my career industry to help establish this venture and now that it can now running independently from me, I can now focus with my personal continual development and career.

Pros: A means to Empower the less fortunate communities
Cons: my personal development was temporarily suspended.
