Excellent learning curve for experience

For a female to work in a male dominated industry is rather challenging but eye opening and very effective for the experience I need/ needed to develop in the industry I have qualified for to demonstrate my technical potential.With 10 hours as normal time, the workload was rather out measuring the workforce as we were small group of employees.The relationship with my co workers progressed said that being a female in a male dominated industry meant that they had zero to little trust or confidence in me that I could pull off the duties as my job description stated. As I proved my technical and logical abilities, I was recommended for being a trades women and knowing my work.I liked undertaking challenges as they innovated and gained me experienced as a machinist and a technical occupant. Building and assembling machines swell as servicing them on a later stage for companies like Nivea and Kelloges has exceptionally groomed me as a Fitter Turner.

Excellent learning curve for experience

As a female in a male dominated industry it's rather challenging to carry out your work and job function fully as people will start with doubting your Gender because of ones job discription. But I've learned to focus on delivering my services despite the pressure and that made my co workers see the potential I possess as a Trades Woman. In a work environment of not morr than 40 employees the workload out trimmed the work force and that was one reason why we had to work 10 hours as normal hours. I've learn to be efficient and work to a strict deadline. My co workers encouraged me to take on challenges as learning curves and that communication is the key to success in any relationship.

Interest learning curve

Start by checking e-mail, print what needs to be and distribute it. Manage the database (age analysis) for payments from clients. Compose invoices from orders and send it to the necessary clients. Schedule payments that needs to be done. Maintain and manage the petty cash if materials need to be collected. My co-workers and me have a good, respectable and understanding relationship with each other. What I have learnt is, it is of utmost importance to keep your finger on all aspects of all finances. To see how the machines and conveyors are built and put together fancy me.
