Need a new challenge

I am an non-smoker, fully bilingual hardworking person who loves a challenge, I am currently at the switchboard, where we takes up our whole day, as well as assisting in the debtors and creditors departments with invoicing and data capturing. We are also responsible for all incoming and outgoing posts and couriers as well as confidential documentations

Good company

I work in a good learning environment , where the people are knowledgeable and competent in their Jobs. Top management is also accommodating in work matters , and are available for daily questions should there be any. Well looked after.

Driven

I enjoyed my time working at Prodist,i had a good relationship with my suppliers,i always made sure my work is done ontime,i enjoyed working independently,never had managers on my back all the times,i was always willing to help my co-workers wherever i could so our job can be done on time

Promotion to excell

I I was promoted in 2019 to warehouse admin assistant from being a receptionist at Prodist. I am responsible for following up on internal/external orders and dealing with a variety of issues on a daily basis. I am responsible for our OHS admin as well as attending meetings, and taking minutes in other meetings. I have to locate parcels and make sure they are shipped within our in house courier service.

Pros: stable job environment
Cons: no scope further for promotion, and no perks
