Excellent to learn a new trade or to study

Period Position Duties and responsibilities : : : Since 01 September 2018 – Current Marketing and Operational Manager Sourcing and sealing new contracts by liaising with new clients. Maintaining current client contracts and continuous relationships. Ensuring that maintenance contract on site with specified jobs are executed timeously. Upholding Company standards, values and morals. Planning and managing of new and current Projects. Ensure that kick-off meetings occur for Projects and liaise with the client and team from beginning to end of a project. Attend strategical, financial and admin meetings. Responsible for a team of 19 people.

Great learning curve

There is alot of challenges working at pro Plastic welding, however they are challenges that can be overcome with enthusiasm and dedication. a typical work day would be to align with my personnel to check if they understand the tasks set out for the day. Attending Client meetings to align progress and difficulties with the projects. My relationship with my co workers could be summed up as fairly good for the reason that I am honest, fair and helpful. At Pro Plastic welding, I have learned the importance of planning pro actively and implementing new ideas. The most challenging aspect of my work is convincing our clients that new technology would improve their production.

Excelled learner

OBJECTIVE: My objective is to be a well-trained and educated member of society to Enable me to add value to the best of my ability to any given company that employs me.
