Typical Day

my typical day start by me opening the warehouse and the office around 6:30 am. prepare for the day by doing driver schedule for the day and there are three drivers and a sales team(two) 5 warehouse workers and 4 data captures. board planning work starts at *8:00am we usually start with a staff meeting at 8:10am the most challenging part of my work is staff desciplining and letting go of people if the season is slow. beyond that which is already mentioned. i know how to set goals i take istructions well , ifollow up on custome queries and i have a proven track record, i was appointed a manager at the age of 26.

Career development

I'm doing quality control and assisting with housekeeping and scanning at the warehouse.I have a good relationship with the whole team, we understand each other very well. Last year I won the employee of the year.I have learnt to respect time and not to take other people for granted. I enjoy doing the difficult task to challenge man, the most challenging aspects is I am the only woman who work at the back (warehouse) with man and with heavy boxes

Pros: Great opportunity because the company is growing so fast
Cons: normal working hours
