I am an positive driven person. i love working with people. I am a good motivator and love to be Sales driven. I worked as an Site Manger at Bokomo Bakery in Oudshoorn and George. I fully automated both Bakeries. In Mosambique at Mozal. I trained the students Instrumentation

Pros: I believe with my experience i will be an advantage to any company
Cons: I am used to working many overtime hours. I do not mind if i must work over time

It is all about experience and knowledge and the principals of the company

I am early bird. I will be at work early and start off with email and replies so I can plan the days work ahead. I am a friendly person and get on with anybody. My door is always open to anybody that has a problem that has to be solved. I have learned in live, respect is the key to good leadership. I love to work and be part of making a success of the company I work for The most challenging aspects of the job is to meet all dead lines and give management the results of what they need.

Pros: Love to teach staff and and see it through they became a very important team player in the company
Cons: My believe is, If you can't meet your deadlines on time, then you must work harder on the task and if it take you to work late then you have to, or delegate

i make strategy and work on it to come to the desired goal.

I have a positive attitude and happy mood, most of the time that helps me handling a situation in a better way. My observation skill in understanding a complication that helps me better acting as an individual. My weakness is over expectation and my parent's emotion. It can be overcome if I make them happy if I get this job My weaknesses are I am very sensitive, trust people very quickly and I always try to help others without understanding, whether that will be good or bad for me. My strength is a positive attitude, aggressive, work effectively, Teamwork, quick learner, and last I can adapt any environment easily.

Pros: My strength is to adopt any environment as per requirement. My eagerness in learning new thing and refining known things in short time.
