Made meaninghful connections

The company was more profit driven than it was customer oriented. The company's objective is to sign as many students as possible under their residency contracts. I've learned that working with people isn't always going to be easy and in this I've developed a more understanding and patient approach when dealing with clients and potential clients. But overall, the only challenging aspect of the job was getting students to sign into something I myself do not agree with entirely.

An average day

I have good relationships with co workers, built good relationships with customers, however, no opportunity to be promoted in this family owmed business. Same job and job description for 3 years

Pros: working with clients, making them happy
Cons: no authority in decisionmaking, no opportubity for growth
