Respect all workers in the company and get to know their names personally. Daily engagement with production staff and be visible on the shop floor. Allow staff to air their views and make them part of the process and some of the decision making. Encourage staff to do the right things and speak out on issues which effect their performances. Recognition for good performance. Assist when and where needed. Value staff for their work and contribution. High volume throughput. Continuous processing. High quality standards and monitoring. Good team work and staff flexibility. Attention to detail and adapt to change when needed. Prioritize on green stream products. Apply Lean Management Principles to eliminate wastage within the process. Adhead to strict discipline in terms of Health and Safety protocols. Apply SOP and SF in line with operational functions and ISO 9001 QMS.

Cons: Ergonomic during summer was and issue due to excessive temperatures and inadequate ventilation

Fast learner, motivated, peoples skills, good communication skills, pay attention to details

My current work has it's daily challenges and because we work in a healthcare industry, we work with peoples lives therefor ever decision made is important. It has it's stressful moments but from challenges we learn from. A typical day would consist of daily deliveries, on time, on schedule, order capturing, manufacturing of orders, ensuring there is enough stock cover to process orders. Ensuring plant availability is 90-100%, all vehicles are running smoothly as well as contingency plans My relationship with my co-workers are such of a family nature. I tend to help wherever I can to support them to continue a good working relationship. My ten year experience here has been fruitful. I have learnt how to deal with bad and good days as each provides it's own challenges but it makes you stronger and smarter. Strangely I enjoy the challenges as it excites your day on how to fine print those skills. The most challenging part is when a plan does not go according as well as your contingency plan
