Computer Printer Specialists and Leaders in its Field

A constantly learning environment that involves sales, technical expertise, administration, customer service and basic calculations. A typical workday involves extensive client liaison, taking orders, calculating quotes, expediting stock, and other ad-hoc duties. A jovial workplace where service is key and sharing values of respect for the individual, passion for service, sales and work, adding value to every transaction or meeting and integrity as a on going concern. I have definitely enhanced my personal career growth and upskilled knowledge in computer printer and IT services of which leaving a satisfied client is what i enjoy the most. The most challenging aspect of the job, establishing new business as it is a difficult industry to breakthrough with multiple players of high calibre knowledge, acquaintance and contact. A wealth of resource is available and my organisation is in prime position to offer excellence in its sector of expertise.

Pros: Great environment, at the cutting edge of printing technology, a high end game player in its industry
Cons: Developing new business is a struggle, very basic basic and commission structure lucrative but far and few between

Excellent learning curve

In 2015 I completed my bsc in Information technology at PC training and business college now known as Richfield graduate institute of technology, and then I went and volunteered to work at an internet café for six Months in 2016, in 2017 I went and done a skills development program at Jonda learning academy (cisco networking academy) where a got a certificate in IT Essentials, and now I have just finished my internship at Printegration as an workshop technician and I’m working there, but as a young person I think I still have a lot to learn in the IT industry although in South Africa we have less opportunities to learn and grow our skills and careers.

Pros: good learning environment
Cons: bad salary

Experience

My typical work day is from 08:15 till 5 pm. I check my emails in the morning to reply to the previous days emails that came in after 5. Greeting my co-workers as well the customers with a smile is always a good start of my day. I have a really good relationship with my co-workers as if I don't know something they always there to assist.I have learnt a lot and I saw that the theory I learned at college is differently from the work market. I enjoy working with numbers especially doing the creditors and cash book payments. Everything I have learnt is a learning curve and strive to know and understand.

Pros: To learn new stuff everyday
Cons: Growth a bit slow
