Cons: I have long workign hours, but it never feels like i am working as I love the gratification and the feel of "happy" satisfaction, delivery of service excellence to contribute to the morale as well as the reputation to deliver to expectation to both company, team and customers

Excellent learning curve

Please refer to my cv which has been already attached to this file, I used to earn in dollars so this amount is hard to put in rands. I have travelled all over the world, managed over 3000 people at once, very high pressure to maintain standards and also keeping the the guests happy

Working as a Photo Manager on a cruise ship.

The typical work day involves scheduling of team members, target setting for sales, training of sales and reviewing of images to do a quality check on each person's photographs of the guests. I have a strong work ethic and love working with a team of people, that creates a solid working environment. I have learned to deal well with challenging customers and provide solutions to any challenges. I enjoy working with a team and the most challenging part of the job would be the long hours.

Awesome and found the diverse nationalities interesting

Very diverse compared to other industries and pantiality is a must, you work as a team regardless of the diffent beliefs, you get the job down and the company always shows appreciation which is very motivational to employee

Pros: I've been promoted twice since joined the company
Cons: No day off but just time off
