Excellent learning

It was excellent working there .lot of experience i gained from human resources department eg file audits,leave capturing,payroll sorting.looking for missed files and old files ,it was easy to communicate with my colleagues and staff member from the entire hospital.i enjoy capturing leaves ,file audit and sorting payrolls ,calculating capped leave was very challenging together with staff rotation

Excellent practical training

I was doing an administrative work any thing has to do with administrative work, admitting patients, retrieval of file it was good and challenging at the same time because we were dealing with many and diferrent people some people they have attitude towards you but as an employee you have to create ways to deal with those challenges. I have learned to work with different people peacefully and solve problem without asking for any assistance to my supervisor.

Mazing place to be

it is always a busy day everyday but it always worth it since we are the forefront of the hospital, nothing can happen with administration, the treatment of patients and when they are treated from the time they arrive at the hospital to when they leave, all relies to administration. this line of work requires that i have close relations with my co-workers of which i have a great relationship with since we all work in one office so that way we have developed a great interpersonal relationship. i have learnt that helping other people is very fulfilling and the feeling of meeting organisational goals is worth it all even if it means sacrificing somethings in your personal life

Computer skills,team player

To work at prince Mshiyeni was the right opportunity for me to show my skills learn new things in the organisation.I did typical work typing of document preparing minutes of the meeting.i learned so many things that assists me in my course. i enjoyed the most typing using computer and doing admin work.the most challenging was that i needed to be fast all the time because there was so much work to do.

Excellent learning

Assist to retrieve files and records those files Typing minutes Filling Collect money from patients Collect revenue in hospital Assist in supply chain department Recruit new in service trainee students I have learn to work with people as a team and also to communicate properly, everything has to do with administration includes taking minutes, planning for meetings. I enjoy to learn new work for example in supply chain there is lots of new work. The most challenging job is to collect revenue because you have to be extra careful because at the end of the day you have to account

Excellent expirience area

I was working as administrator where I was working with patient assisting them to retrieve their files register andconvey file to cashier, I was good and challenging at the same time because there is lots of people that you are working with and you have to attend them some are very impatient you have to deal with them and satisfied them all. I have learn to work under lots of pressure and multi task at the same time.

Excellent practical training

My responsibility was to assist patients to retrieve files and register them and convey to cashier, doing filling and capture information into computer. It was good yet challenging because you dealing with many people and you have to assist them all and they have different attitudes you have to be the way to deal with those matters. I have learned to work with other people peacefully and work under a lots of pressure and also I have learned to multitask tasks.
