Cover letter (as I am not working)

am a energetic, positive born leader but I also work well when I have to work in a team environment and try to motivate others to encourage growth within a company as well. I am also a very humble down to earth person who loves life and people with a positive energy and outlook on life. I follow and execute instructions really well. Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English, I avoid conflict but if it arrises, I keep calm and listen to my team to achieve peace in the work environment. I firmly believe in equality, everyone should be treated the same and any problems should be solved in private, and not in front of the team/workplace. Always looking for creative ways to simplify tasks to improve time management. I know I will be an asset to your company and am looking forward to turn my words into actions .
