Growth with learning and Development however there is no interpersonal climbing of the ladder

My typical work day as a microbiologist/ QC technician and analyst involves extensive analysis of the production area in preparation for a clean and quality approved environment. I have to supervise staff to ensure that all good manufacturing processes are followed to and adhered to, this involves a compromised mentorship as well as the conduction of various microbiology and quality techniques and procedures carried out at the lab basis. I have learnt leadership skills, management, analytical skills and mind thinking skills. I enjoy research based tasks that allows me the availability to utilize my skills in the lab and scientific solving methods. The most challenging aspects of my current job is interpersonal growth in terms of promotions etc.

i i give off a good vibe no matter what is wrong i alway have a smile on my face.am a hard worker. always willing to go the extra mile. i am a friendly i love working under pressure and thrive for it. lively bubbly person.

Pros: pros of working for Primo holdings is that i have learned so much regarding sauces and spices. i have built up alot of self esteem when it comes to meeting customers now
