Good learnibg curve and opportunity for promotion

It is nice to work at my company and I work very well with co-workers,yes sometimes it is hard to deal with people and also I do multitask as I have experience of managing the kitchen staff sometimes I do assist them when I required to do so. I learned a lot in this industry like management, leadership skills.

Pros: Yes there are great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: Weekends and long hours working for doubles

Good customer service and fast pace industry

This is a fast pace working industry, where communication is used. You must be a peoples person and understand multicultural as well as communication levels. Here we work as the family no can do, especially when its busy, teamwork is needed. Orders must be done in time before 10 o'clock otherwise you wont have a stock for the day. Organisational skills are used most here to know your level and whom to report to. what I enjoyed most is to see a happy face on the customers, also most when my spread sheet is done and my cashbook balancing. Administration needs a lot of focus especially when you deal with payment you might enter wrong figures.

Stock controlling, runnin pass

Controlling of food list, Hiring staff, purchasing food and stock, making sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques.

Pros: Ensuring that the companies standards are upheld; the food looks good and is cooked Properly, the proportions are correct and it is Cooked and served quickly.
Cons: 9 hours
