Excellent working envoroment

This industry is trick and challenging everyday, therefore I need to plan my day how am I going to handle the pressure and how am I meting my deadlines. to work with team and independently is helping me a lot , ton have a healthy relationship with my co-workers if some of my responsibilities rely to them in order for me to finalise my daily work. we co-operate a lot in order to achieve a common goal. what I enjoy most is when I do my work on time and get all I need such as payments in order to process in the correct accounts. no one will follow after me I can manage my work very well without being supervised by anybody. The only challenge that I have is when the system is not working, I will need to catch-up under pressure because I will need to met my deadlines because they don't want your stories they need updated cashbooks daily the fore it will require me not to take my lunch but to work till I am up-to-date with my work.

Great company to work at

Every day has its own challenges, no two days are the same. there is great team work and with each challenge new things are learnt. this industry is deadline driven and this can be hair raising but in general all goes well.

Excellent learning curve

Great exposure in payroll. Learnt a lot in working independently and handling a full payroll by myself... Great working experience with external clients

Fast Leaner

I was working under a company called PRIMESERV OUTSOURCING of which is an AGENT, it deals with outsourcing cashiers,packers at Cambridge Food store. I worked as a Packer for 7 months(0,7 year). A packer must make sure that the products is always available in the shelves for customers and also counting items for example, RETURNS. I enjoy working with people and i understand that customer satisfaction is the key to success in the business world. Dealing with people require a lot of communications of which i have that. I also enjoy working under time pressure and also perform well. with My degree of Bachelors of Commerce in Supply chain and Economics, i believe i have so much to offer in the business.

Pros: Enjoy working with people
Cons: Working with Superious who are "bosses' not "Leaders"

Excellent opportunity

As Ops Supervisor for a Labour Broking company, I work with different clients during the day. Each has their own needs and requirements and you need to be on the ball ready with answers at all time. You get interesting scenarios that need solutions quick, problems that needs to be solved in an instant and work with such a wide array of people that your communication skills need to be tops. It a great place to practice both my HR skills and Selling skills all in one environment and I have already made an impression on my clients.

Typical work day

At this stage I am stagnant, with no growth opportunities. I enjoy the people I work with. I have not learnt anything at this company, in fact, I have been demoted from what I am used to. I am still a temporary employee here, which means I have no medical aid benefit or pension benefit. I received an increase this year for the first time in 4 years!

Pros: Direct management and co-workers are very good
Cons: No growth opportunities at all
