Great platform for personal growth

I have worked with a lot of people groups & individually which allowed me the privilege Of understanding different characters, personalities & cultures. I am one of those people that have a natural zest for life that creates fun & laughter in the work place which provides a platform for people to enjoy their jobs and be more productive. I believe that happy people are productive people which ensures success.

Pros: You learn a lot the pressure molds you into an unstoppable working machine.
Cons: No room for promotions within the company

Well developed in knowledge

Primeserv is one of the biggest company as it listed on JSE, so it is a good feeling to work for such company, environment is overwhelming and staff. Typically enjoyed work for Primeserv as I have gain much of experience in this position, I had a fantastic team which work together as a team and have play every important roll in achieving the departments goals and objectives, I learned more on management task such as managing my cost and expense, by doing cost management. Most challenging aspect were to deal with Seta, in terms of verification site visits, working on spread sheets, uploads to seta data net. etc

Pros: Well organised and follow procedures
Cons: lack of communication
