My typical work day is to work on ESS to approve all leave applications, queries, reports, capture all input on VIP. Assist employees on a daily basis. My relationship with my co-workers is finominal. I implemented the ESS system, I enjoy to work with people and resolve problems. The most challenging aspects of my job is to go home after work and know that what I did was the best.

Pros: I am a hard worker and Payroll is my passion I get along with everybody and enjoy my job
Cons: The cons is that I have so much knowledge that I do not use in this company I love to do the accounting side of the payroll: export payroll into GL and doe recons at current employee the accountants is doing this function. I would like to be involved in the accounting side as well. I am stagnating and limited to what I actually can do.
