Great growth experience

On a daily basis, my role is quite fluid as I cover all the company's communication needs from internal to external comms, social media strategies and content, events and management, CSI management, budgeting and forecasting, managing company sponsorships and third party partners and all public relations for the company and it's sub brands. I work with a team of 5 and together we form the marketing department, each specialising in our own areas. I have learnt a lot from the company. I was hired to take over the PR agency and run all communication objectives in house and also manage an intern who reports directly to me. The team are great and we've become like family, respecting each other and being there for each other. I enjoy my job and the fact that it requires and allows me to work with all internal and external stakeholders, so I am able to learn daily. The reason for my move is for growth in my career. I am looking for more of a challenge and more responsibility to further my career.

Great team work and collaboration btw departments

Great company to work for. Fresh and innovative thinking. Great collaboration between departments. Opportunities to work in other divisions, ie broadcasting or outdoor media
