What i have learnt

I have learnt that every day is different even though I might be doing the same tasks. I learn every day from my colleagues from the way I do my reports. It is exciting to hear the different views and ideas from my colleagues on how to complete tasks, and handle pressure.

Pros: Big opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds
Cons: No opportunity to learn new tasks due to the current organogram

Excellent learning curve

check sites, attend to faults, monitor connectivity throughout the day Great team All things media, advertising, HS&E relatated I enjoy practicing my field of study and also learning as much as I have with regards to computers and the world of media and advertising The most challenging aspects of thisfield is that there's a huge amount that needs to be covered in short spaces of time and that usually ends up in workers being less compliant as per SHE standards

Has lots of growth, great place to work at and management skills are in top shape

Overall primedia was and will always be a company performing new ideas and ways to out bet the advertising industry. I ran the digital side its was hard work but great payoff driving past these babies and seeing the ads play live. Team effect plays a big role and great leadership without it things can get abit rough

Worst company one could work for.

A focused Information technology graduate who has a national diploma and B TECH specializing in business though its IT related. Possesses relevant professional experience gained during my current internship with PRIMEDIA outdoor, acquiring valuable insights in Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining computer networks off-site, Involved in the repairs and maintenance of Digital screens Assists with new installations - Outdoor LED screen, Cabling, as someone who is able to balance multiple competing priorities, having worked other jobs though not formal whilst still achieving strict deadlines. Aiming to secure a place in any company that will offer me a good experience in the technology path.

Has played a major role introducing me to the corporate field

My current company has a friendly and diverse working environment. We work in an open plan area, which allows everyone to communicate with each other face-to-face on a daily basis. We (finance department) assist one another with our daily duties especially during busy periods or when one employee is off for the day. What I enjoy the most is being the opportunity to assist one of my colleague as this serves as an opportunity to learn.

Payroll and HR

I am currently the Human Capital and Payroll Manager for an Advertising Company and have been working in the Payroll, HR and Finance environment for the past 9 years. I have very good Communication skills and attention to detail. I am very deadline driven in every task I take on. Since the start of my career, I have never missed a deadline even in the toughest times as I always plan ahead to successfully execute every task. I am an individual that wants to turn around and make every company's HR and Payroll environment that of the best to run smoothly so that HR, Payroll and employee data can be just one click way and up to date .

Cons: No cons as I love what I'm doing
