I Anathi Ndungane, wish to apply for the advertised position of Office Administrator. I am eager to enhance and refine my personal development within the organisation, and take on the challenge that lies ahead. On my previous job I was an administrative / Secretary assistant meaning I have a knowledge about school environment. I’ve worked on Data capturing Update, Dealing with clients, Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Publisher, outlook), Internet & emails, Filing administration duties, Telephone, Making appointments, Minute taking and distribution of meeting documents, Office work( copier, fax, Scanning, binder, laminator).On absents of Finance officer I was the one who manage the front Reception and Finance doing Petty cash and management of all monies passing through administration for banking purposes, Tracking and monitoring of learner payments and receipts and cheques for non-permanent staff). Given the opportunity I will perform my duties with perseverance.

Career advancement

I enjoy and have passion to build the foundation of our children as my concern is of grade R learner whereby there are some things they have to know at that level. And if they miss that, they've missed everything for the best education. My relationships with my co-workers is very good, they depend on me for any clarity regarding Grade R teaching and learning. I have learned how to develop children in teaching and learning. The difficulty and challenge is that our area is very rural and that situation there is shortage of material, classes, budget, and the area is strictly stricken by poverty. They depend most in government grants. And that is enough and as a results it affects children at school. They don't concentrate at all.

Excellent learning curve

It has been a great experience working with kids I’ve learned that patient is the most resource le key because we are all unique in our own way Even though teaching is not I’ve studied for but I enjoyed when learners shows interest in what I do and positive results from learners makes me feel overwhelmed The most challenging thing about my job is that I have to make sure that I submit good results to the principal, ensuring that each and every learner is fit enough to be taken to the next level by the end of the year I have studied logistics management and after my studies/completing national diploma I then decided to do my PGCE (post graduate in teaching) hence am on the academic field now but I would really like to for the logistics management field/industry

Curve up to motivate my quality of working and also my standard of leaning more

The work was to tans cording to ward i was working in a office and the other workers has to submit there work to be stored in the computer so as i was a administrator i was about refile all those document which give me the write to work under pressure which it has give me the way to make my job due to date lastly i enjoy working with other people they gave me a lot top achieve according into work place

JOB biography

biogrusually slow days work. the schedule was always relaxed no pressure. did a lot of typing of quwstion papers for leaeners. did a bit of admin work once in a while. had a very healthy relationship with collegues. learned a lot as to how to solves child problems. disciplinary measures or steps concerners @ school. i mostly enjoy reading novels and listening to music. the didficult aapect was to keep learners in class quite.

Pros: interesting experience. going out on trips

Im good and excellent

being a couch is a good and Wanda full thing to do. I get to meet good and exceptional people. I love how who I work with everyday for 3hours. support that I get from the community as well that's really inspire me to keep on doing what i am doing. it so not good for me when get work and find half materials or training staff being distorte. maybe my team is not there and I don't know why. that's another thing that makes me out of place, but I love what I do all the time.

Working very good with people, learning very fast and always willing to learn new tasks.

ve working with many people around me has made it easy for me to work,but I do not have a problem working alone.i have also learn that talking if you have a problem is very good,patio about your work is the best.

Excellent verbal and written communication

i gain alot of experience while im working at primary school friendly out going and ability to get along with other excellent verbal and written communication skill and i enjoyed alot to work overtime when i know that im free and things that i dont what at workplace is to come late
