Excellent exposure

Prima toys is a great company to work for but when getting recognized for your hard work they do not recognize. The culture is very old school and do not plan to change anytime

It is good when you are looking to establish your career

My role starts at month ends I get customer statements from H.O.D of debtors. I then I take last month’s recon and amend it to produce a recon on excel that balances to the new statement. Then I take claims from customer's remittance and compare them with claims on the recon. I then pull out the GRN that correspond to that particular claim then process credit notes for them, so as to clear them from the recon. I do the same with billings, rebates and discounts that are on the recon. During the month I will get signed remittances from H.O.D and then I receipt them on Syspro according to a specific customer number and journal number. After receipting in go back to the recon and reconcile the recon with the remittance and clear out the invoices that are being paid. As this is a growing entity from time to time I will get authorized requests to open new customer accounts, and the process repeats itself month to month.

Pros: Great environment when you are starting in your career
Cons: You reach the glass ceiling quickly
